Ingredients:
- 1/2 cups grated cocoa stick
- 2 sticks cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 2 bay leaves
- 8 cups milk
- Ground roast cashews
- 2 Tbsp flour
- Sugar to taste
Method:
- Gently heat milk in pan on stove top
- Add grated cocoa stick into warm milk, add spices and cashew, stir gently and bring to low simmer for 5 minutes
- Mix flour with a small amount of cold water, stir in some of the hot cocoa mixture and return to the same pan
- Heat for another minute stirring well
- Strain through a fine strainer, add sugar to taste and serve hot
